We aim to dispatch all orders within 48–72 hours of being placed.

  • Special or bespoke orders may take slightly longer. 
  • If, for any reason, we cannot dispatch within this timeframe, we will contact you directly.

We offer free shipping, with Royal Mail Tracked 48, for order over £50, otherwise:

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please contact us via email or phone within 14 days of delivery.

Once you’ve informed us, you have 14 days to return the goods, counted from the date you tell us you wish to cancel.

Return conditions

  • Goods must be returned unused, with original packaging and tags, and in resalable condition.
  • You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we state otherwise at the time of sale.
  • You must take reasonable care of the goods before returning them.

Refund process

We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return), using the same payment method as your original purchase. This refund will include the standard delivery cost paid at checkout; any premium delivery costs may be excluded if stated in your order terms.

Warranty & Faulty Goods

All Moggans products are made from high-quality performance fabrics and are designed for their intended use. Due to the nature of textile products, normal wear and tear is expected over time and is not considered a fault.

We provide a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Changes in appearance or performance resulting from regular use, washing, or ageing of the fabric

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact Moggans with details of the issue and provide proof of purchase where available. Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Cancelling after Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, you’ll need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our returns procedure.

Quality Guarantee

As we have stated elsewhere, all our products are quality checked prior to dispatch.

There may be the odd occasion where we miss something and there may be a slight issue with your product. In these cases, please feel free to send us an email and we will address the issue immediately.
