Shipping Policy

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days of being placed.

  • Special or bespoke orders may take slightly longer.
  • If we cannot dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you directly.
  • Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a fixed delivery date with you.

Tracking information will be provided when your order has been dispatched.

UK orders

We offer free standard UK delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48 on orders of £50 or more.

For orders below £50, the following delivery options currently apply:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.49
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.99

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within two to three working days after dispatch.

These are delivery aims rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may not apply to every postcode.

The prices above apply to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands served by Royal Mail.

The delivery services and charges available for your address will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

EU orders – delivery with IOSS

Moggans is registered for the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), helping to simplify VAT on eligible orders sent to customers in the European Union.

What this means for you

  • VAT collected at checkout: For eligible IOSS consignments not exceeding €150, applicable EU VAT is collected when you place your order.
  • Tracked delivery: EU orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.
  • Free delivery: We offer free EU delivery on orders of €60 or more.
  • Delivery below the threshold: For orders below €60, delivery currently costs €8.
  • Delivery estimates: Orders are typically delivered within three to five working days after dispatch, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays.
  • Customs charges: Any customs duties, handling fees or import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient.

Orders exceeding €150 are not eligible for IOSS and may be subject to additional import VAT, customs duties or handling fees. Any charges collected by Moggans will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

EU coverage

We currently ship to the following EU Member States:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Partial returns and free delivery

For UK orders, if a partial return reduces the value of the items you keep below our free-delivery threshold, the standard UK delivery charge in effect when you placed your order will be deducted from your refund.

This does not apply to goods that are faulty, damaged on arrival, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.

Lost or damaged deliveries

Moggans remains responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive it.

If your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@moggans.com so that we can investigate.
