In Tom’s earlier years he was a keen sportsman involved in racket sports and football, his passion for running was sparked whilst at Bristol Uni. In 2008 he was taken on as a Salomon Adventure Racer. Talent spotted by one of the team managers Tim Lloyd (now Director of Always Aim High Events) after some good fell race results and a couple of folk had suggested Tom.
Now a Glaswegian, who runs with his local club the Shettleston Harriers, Tom is a demon for the hills and mountain races at all distances Ultra’s, Sky Running, Fell Races…..
In Nov 2016, Tom completed his first ultra which he won and the results keep coming whilst in 2020/21 he had surgery on his ankle he is back racing again….see the results below….
